Step 2. Reboot your computer
Open Messenger and try voice ... if that fails
Step 3. Select open or run this ... TSP Codecs for WinVista
Step 4. Reboot you computer and try Messenger
NOTE : Some Vista users ( Home Basic ) seems to be one Vista OS where this fix can fail ... sorry
