Stolen Password?

If your password has been cracked and you no longer have access to any  of your accounts do this
Fill out this form : yahoo.com 
Including the following information below which they require to unlock your account. 
If you do not remember the answers to these questions then you are out of luck.  
Yahoo!  will not give you any information on this account.
You have to prove it is your account by answering the questions correctly. 

Note: Pop up stoppers like Googlebar or Yahoo companion among others block login by stopping cookies
Before you report your password as being stolen! ... to make sure it's not a cookie being blocked
TRY hold down shift / or the control key while clicking the sign in link at Yahoo Mail or your Account_Iink

1. Yahoo! ID (This is the single most important piece of information
that allows us to access your account. Without the ID, we will be unable
to assist you.) 

2. Your name   (as appears on the account)

3. Date of birth (mm-dd-yr) 

4. Your alternate (non-Yahoo!) email address 

5. Secret Question and Answer 

6. Your city and state

7. ZIP Code or Postal code you entered during registration 

8. Your country

Note: Yahoo!  will assign a case number which will look something like this:
(KCC48258262V60945L0KM)  You must include this in the subject line of  your
emails to Yahoo!.  It may take several days to sort the problem out.  They seem to work
on these problems only at night, so have patience.  Above is the procedure that I had to
use in order to get an ID of mine back that was cracked.
